My journey into starting a company really came from a simple place: I’ve always loved technology, and I’ve always been the one people call when something stops working. Whether it was fixing a stubborn computer, untangling a network issue, or just figuring out why the printer had a mind of its own, I found real satisfaction in solving the technological puzzle. Over time, I realized that the same patience and curiosity I used to help friends and family could be shared with others too. That’s when it clicked, I could turn “The Knack” into something bigger.
